• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

Processing Time

Refund processing may take 10–20 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Cancellation Policy

Fee Payment Cancellation

Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled through the App. Refund requests may be raised strictly as per the Refund Policy.

Admission Cancellation

• Written application must be submitted within the prescribed time.
• Transfer Certificate will be issued as per CBSE norms.
• Outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation.

Event / Activity Cancellation

• If the School cancels an event or activity, the fee may be refunded or adjusted.
• If a student voluntarily withdraws, refunds depend on event policy and approval.

App Access Termination

The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate App access in case of:

• Misuse of the application
• Non-payment of dues
• Violation of school policies
• Rustication or termination from the School
